Sales Development Representative

Ekvio is a company that provides software that allows business to create, deliver, and report on training courses and programs for employees, partners, and customers. Ekvio has been successfully launched for various projects in different industries all over the world.

Now we are looking for a Sales Representative who will focus on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting and qualifying prospects in English-speaking countries and regions (APAC/US/MENA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and convert them into new business for the company
  • Contacting and qualifying potential prospects by phone or email
  • Schedule product presentation meetings with potential customers
  • Manage leads through the sales pipeline by following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Educate prospects on new features and functionality (lead nurturing)
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system
  • Participate in the company marketing activities

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate has at list 1 year of experience in B2B sales (software solutions for medium and large enterprises)
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Experience with HR software and/or e-learning solutions is a plus
